Curated by clinical nutritionist and nervous-system educator Emma Morris + postpartum expert and breathwork facilitator Avalon Nethery, this immersive day on the Bondi coast restores your nervous system, nourishes your body, and renews your capacity for motherhood and life.
Why your Nervous System Matters in Motherhood
Motherhood doesn’t just change you—it expands you. Your brain and body rewire to tune in to every sound, shift, and signal, creating a nervous system so finely attuned it can sense and respond in ways no one else can. This is biological brilliance—living proof of the power you carry to nurture and protect.
In today’s world that brilliance often works overtime, but that isn’t weakness; it’s evidence of your extraordinary capacity. When you feel stretched or weary, it’s your body asking for the deep restoration it deserves so it can keep leading the way.
When you care for your own nervous system, you amplify your child’s. Research shows that a mother’s wellbeing directly shapes her child’s ability to handle stress, regulate emotions, and build lifelong resilience (Feldman, 2017; Bernard et al., 2019; Goodman et al., 2011). In other words - your calm becomes their calm. Your steadiness becomes their blueprint for confidence and strength.
Your nervous system isn’t a limitation—it’s your greatest legacy. By nourishing and supporting it, you don’t just feel better today, you gift your children a model of vitality, balance, and unshakable resilience for the rest of their lives.

More than a Wellness Day
The Return is a full-system reset designed to create measurable, lasting change.
+ You’ll move from overwhelm to steady presence, learning to shift out of fight-or-flight into calm engagement.
+ You’ll go from depletion to sustainable energy, using practical nutrition and blood-sugar strategies to break the push-and-crash cycle.
+ You’ll release the pressure to constantly get it right for confident clarity, shedding the beliefs that quietly drain joy.
+ And you’ll leave equipped to lead, with simple nervous-system tools you can use in minutes; no extra childcare or supplements required.
By day’s end, mothers consistently describe less tension, a quieter mind, renewed vitality, and a clear plan to stay regulated - a recalibration you and your family will feel immediately.
What you’ll experience
Set against the ocean at Bondi, the day weaves science-backed education with embodied integration:
Decode your nervous system using the Autonomic Ladder to see exactly where stress lives.
Map tension in the body through somatic practices and light movement.
Discover the micronutrients and daily habits that keep your energy and mood stable.
Unpack the cultural pressure to be everything to everyone and discover a version of motherhood that actually works for you.
Immerse in a transformational breathwork session led by Avalon Nethery to release stored stress and anchor new capacity.
Throughout the day, you’ll be nourished by seasonal, nervous-system-friendly catering from Made For Mothers, designed to ground and replenish you without distraction - wholefood meals and herbal blends that support every layer of the experience.
