Allie from @thegoodbirth is bringing her Mums & Bubs Clinic to Maia Mothers!
The early weeks with a newborn can be a blur—beautiful, overwhelming, and full of questions. That’s why we are bringing Allie’s Mums & Bubs Clinic to Maia Mothers, offering a welcoming space for new parents needing guidance, reassurance, and expert care.
Every Thursday from 9am to 1pm, Endorsed Midwife Allie will be available at Maia Mothers Collective for bulk billed appointments. Whether you need a newborn weight check, breastfeeding support, or help with newborn care.
For more complex needs, longer appointments (including home visits) are available. Check the details and join us—we’re here to walk this journey with you.

To be eligible for Allie’s drop-in clinic, you must have a Medicare card and be within the first seven weeks postpartum. If the non-birthing parent is bringing the baby, the baby must also be registered for Medicare. If you have multiple concerns, signs of infection for either mum or baby, or if your newborn's jaundice is worsening, a longer appointment is recommended. Please note that if there are signs of dehydration, it is important to seek hospital care immediately.
Fee for longer appointments:
Out of pocket: $50 (only $24.80 if safety net reached)
Payable at appointment before Medicare rebate: $126.10

Bookings are now required to make sure we can give you the time and care you deserve.
Thursdays, 9am–1pm at Maia Mothers.Midwife/Client Care Plan must be completed before attending your appointment.
You are welcome to attend as many weekly appointments as you wish.
Follow-up appointments via telehealth or phone call are available at a bulk-billed fee after your visit.
Contact Midwife Allie via text, email, or phone to arrange this.
Phone calls are only accepted during business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
It is still recommended to have routine appointments with your GP for both you and your newborn between 5-10 days and 6 weeks postpartum. A midwife appointment is not a replacement for this.
This service does not replace your primary healthcare provider.
