Occupational therapy

Offered through Wayfind OT with Caitlin Ferry

Occupational Therapy is not just for children. And matrescence, the profound psychological, neurological and identity-level transformation of becoming a mother, is not just a buzzword. In Caitlin's hands, these two disciplines come together to offer something that is genuinely rare: practical, deeply human support for women navigating the reality of their everyday lives.

Caitlin holds a simple but quietly radical belief. Women do not need fixing. They need space, support and someone who understands that what they are moving through is not a problem to be solved but a becoming to be witnessed.

Her work sits at the intersection of function and identity. She is interested in how you are actually living, what is feeling impossible, what has quietly fallen away, where you have lost yourself and how to find your way back. Whether you are in the thick of early motherhood, years into it and still not quite recognising yourself, or navigating a significant life transition that has nothing to do with children at all, Caitlin meets you exactly where you are.

OT and matrescence coaching are woven together in her sessions where relevant, so the support you receive reflects both the practical and the deeper psychological dimensions of what you are carrying. Nothing is treated in isolation.

Caitlin works with all women, not only mothers. If you are navigating change, uncertainty, burnout, identity shift or the quiet weight of everyday life feeling like too much, her practice is for you.

Sessions are available in person and via Telehealth for women across Australia.
