Health & Purpose Coach + Women's Circle Facilitator

Mimi’s professional life began in environmental science, but it wasn't long before she felt the pull toward something closer to people, and specifically toward women and their health. That pull led her to study Midwifery, where a deep passion for fertility, pregnancy and the broader landscape of women's wellbeing took root. Her own experience navigating chronic health challenges related to hormonal contraception during that time gave her a personal understanding of how vital genuinely supportive, preventative care is for women, long before they ever reach the hospital system.

She went on to complete a Diploma of Health Science in Nutrition at Endeavour College, and continued to deepen her knowledge through further study in fertility, pregnancy and postpartum nutrition with Oh Baby Nutrition. Alongside this, she is a qualified Purpose and Spiritual Life Coach, and it is the blending of these two worlds that makes her approach so distinctive. Grounded health support and intuitive guidance sit side by side in her work, woven together with cyclical awareness, seasonal living and a deep respect for the natural rhythms of the female body.

Mimi also facilitates the seasonal women's circles at Maia Mothers, holding space for reflection, connection and the kind of embodied, unhurried conversation that women rarely get enough of.

At the heart of everything she does is a desire to help women come back to themselves. To their bodies, their intuition, their sense of purpose, and a way of living that actually feels like their own.

Mimi lives in Northern NSW with her partner and their two dogs.
