  • Of course you can. Whilst the content is aimed at mothers with children from 0-5 years, a mother of any aged child can join and benefit.

  • Our recipes will cater to numerous dietary requirements including gluten free, dairy free, soy free, nut free, and will also contain vegetarian and vegan options.

  • Our membership is different because it combines education and support across the major areas that we believe a mother should focus on - nutrition, psychology/mindset, and nervous system regulation strategies. The membership grows each month with ongoing recipes and content uploaded, at a price that is the equivalent to a coffee per week. We believe every mother deserves to benefit from the support of a team of health practitioners so we have strived to provide this within the membership model.

  • No! You can cancel at any time. However due to the growth of the membership per month we recommend hanging around for at least 3 months to get a taste of what to expect.

  • We will have a growing library of masterclasses/interviews with a range of different experts including - psychologists, midwives, infant sleep support, nutritionists, doulas, kinesiologists, homeopaths, lactation consultants, pelvic floor physios - just to name a few!

  • Our hub of resources will be forever growing. We will be running 1 Expert Masterclass & 1 Mindset Workshop per month, 4-10 new recipes will go live each month, and access to ongoing online mini courses or group challenges. Our modules and Resources section will also be updated monthly with cheat sheets, meal planners and whatever else
