Owner, Founder & Director | Clinical Nutritionist & Motherhood Coach

Emma Morris has spent over a decade at the intersection of women's health, psychology and nutritional medicine, and what drives her has never changed: she believes mothers deserve to feel genuinely well, deeply supported and fully themselves.

Her path into this work began with a degree in psychology, followed by personal training and then clinical nutrition, each step deepening her understanding of how inseparable the body, mind and identity truly are. That integrative lens is the foundation of everything she does, and everything Maia Mothers was built on.

Emma works across hormones, nervous system regulation, mindset and the profound identity shift that motherhood brings. She is a Motherhood Coach as much as she is a clinician, because she has always known that the clinical picture is only part of the story. The woman behind the symptoms matters just as much.

At the heart of Emma's vision is a belief that community is medicine. That women heal differently when they are held by other women. That the right room, with the right people, can shift something that no supplement or protocol ever could. Maia Mothers exists because of that belief, and continues to grow because it keeps proving itself true.

She is a passionate advocate for matrescence, for the science of the maternal brain, and for creating spaces where mothers are not just treated but truly seen. Her work is clinical, yes, but it is also deeply human, and that is exactly how she intends it to stay.
