Nutritionist

Chelsea Taylor's path into nutrition took a few meaningful turns before landing exactly where it was meant to. She began with a Bachelor of Biomedical Science, then moved into Midwifery, where a passion for supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum took hold. It was there that she noticed something that stayed with her: the significant lack of nutritional care available to mothers in the postpartum period. That gap became her focus, and she went on to complete her nutrition studies at Deakin University and the Oh Baby School of Holistic Nutrition.

Chelsea works at the intersection of nutrition, hormones and fertility, with a particular love for the story that bloodwork tells when you know how to read it. Her approach is thorough and evidence-informed, and her care is warm and practical, helping women feel genuinely resourced in their bodies rather than handed another protocol to follow.

She is passionate about mothers having the knowledge and nourishment they need to truly thrive, not just cope. Her advice to new mothers reflects everything she brings to her work: trust your instincts, be kind to yourself, and remember that you deserve to feel nurtured too.

Chelsea is currently on maternity leave as of December 2025. Her clients are being warmly supported by our Clinical Nutritionist and Naturopath team in the meantime. Please reach out to us if you would like guidance on the best practitioner for you.

Chelsea is based in Brisbane with her husband Calum, daughter and their cocker spaniel, Winston.
